Men’s Ultimate Combatives/Shooting Challenge
Rules
-
​​Law Enforcement: Each individual will compete with their ballistic protection and tactical clothing, ear and eye protection and will be in a separate division from civilians.

Civilian: Each individual will compete with boots, long sleeve shirts, protective eye gear, and ear protection
-
There will be three age divisions: 21-39, 40-59, 60 and above.
-
21-39 will carry 50 lb. weights on each hand and perform the full physical activity requirements.

40-59 will do (½) of the requirements of physical activity. Weight carry will be 25 pounds on each hand. Shooting requirements will be the same.
-
60 and over will do 25-pound weights, no physical drills or obstacles. Shooting requirements will be the same.

The winner will be the participant that completes the course with the least amount of time.

Ten second penalty points will be added to the total time for each miss.

Ten second penalty will be added if the radio transmission is incorrect.

This will be a four- weapon shoot: Handgun, Carbine, Shot Gun and Long Gun

(House will provide any weapon that you do not have.)

Notes. **This is a physically demanding course.

Participant provides their own ammo: 7- Handgun Rds., 3 -Carbine Rds., 7- #8 shot rounds, 3- rifle rounds. House will have on stock: 9mm and 45 calibers handgun rounds, 223/556 rounds carbine rounds, 12 gauge #8 shot shells , 6.5 Creedmoor or 308 rounds. These items can be purchased at the competition if you do not have these rounds. Please notify Host at least two days before arrival if you are purchasing ammo from hosts.

Weapons will be staged at each shooting station and participant will not carry them over the course for safety purposes.
Course
Station One: Time Starts:
50 Jumping Jacks. 10 deep squats while holding 50-pound weights in each hand.
*Walking or running to Station 2 with weights in hand. (Approximately 25 steps)
Station Two: One Minute Forceful Hand Strikes on a heavy bag then One Minute of Solid Strikes with Riot Baton.
Station Three: Fire Handgun at seven targets at seven yards. (Reload Required)
*Walking/running to station 4 with weights (Approx. 10 Steps) Negotiating a 4’ wall. Weights must be heaved over the wall first.
Station Four: 10 Pushups, 10 Sit Ups and 10 Burpees
Station Five: Fire Carbine at three targets (6” Steel Targets) 1-20 yards, 1-25 yards, 1-35 yards
*Walking/running to Station 6 with weights in hand (Approx. 10 Steps) while navigating a Low Crawl 12’ long with a 24” high ceiling with a simulated rifle.
Station Six: One Minute of Solid Knee Strikes on Force Shield
Station Seven: Fire 7 rounds from shot gun at various distances on 4” clay targets. (Reload required)
Walking/running to Station 8 with weights in hand (Approx. 25 steps)
Station Eight: From Behind Cover, Perform Plank for 30 Seconds.
Station Nine: Apply Tourniquet to Non-Weapon Arm. To be checked for tightness by attendant.
Walking/running to Station 10 with Weights in hand (Approximately 10 Steps)
Station Ten: Fire 3 rounds from long gun at distances of 50 yards, 100 yards and 150 yards on 4 inch clay targets.
Walking/Running to Station 11 with Weights in hand (Approx.12 steps)
Station Eleven: Radio Transmission: State name and agency, describe clearly what you are wearing, your location, how many targets you missed. You will be graded on this information.
Station Twelve: Dead Weight Drag (Approximately 100 lbs.) (Approx. 35 Steps back to starting line) Time Stops. Remove Tourniquet.
