Hard Target Training Facility Cancellation Policy:

Due to the limited space available for our camps, we must require a deposit in order to hold your spot.  We have had to implement our non-refundable deposit policy. please read below.
If you are unable to attend, please note the following.

  1. Deposits are non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations made at least 31 days prior to your camp date, may be able to be transferred to another date without penalty. This will need to be approved. 

  3. If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies , a 50% refund will be administered. The remaining 50% will be credited to a future camp. This will need to be approved.

  4. If you know you are not going to be able to attend, you may transfer your membership to a friend or family that is not currently registered for a camp.

  5. Please allow 10-14 days for refund.
